A 22 year old girl had a whiplash injury about 16 months before coming to my attention. She had several cycles of physical therapy with little to no success. At examination she had about 75% reduction of ROM in all planes. A 3 minute OI IRT treatment gave her lasting immediate ROM increase to about normal and pain free.
